Return & Cancellation

All artworks are non-refundable. As a policy we do not provide refund or accept returns on any product sold. We allow only exchange if you receive the incorrect product.

  1. No Returns will be accepted for any artworks.
  2. Order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement via email: info@triptkala.com or Instagram DM: @triptkala
  3. 50% cancellation charges will be applied by Tript Kala on any order that has been cancelled after the product/service has been dispatched for delivery and remaining balance will be refunded.
  4. Orders once delivered cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
  5. Tript Kala will not be responsible for any damage made to the painting or the frame after the delivery.
  6. Tript Kala will not be responsible for any damage made to the painting/ frame/ packaging during transit by the courier company or the delivery partner. If your order is damaged during transit, we will assist with repairing the product at additional costs. In this scenario, we will require an unboxing video and images of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, after which we will not be able to provide any repair. We might request you for additional information and photos of the package to escalate this with the shipping partner and register a complaint with them. No refund will be provided in this case by Tript Kala.
